Asya Monds Davis is a seasoned Certified Compensation Professional with over 10 years of experience in Compensation Consulting and Program Administration. She has conducted competitive executive compensation reviews, and designed employee pay, incentive and recognition programs across Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Professional Services, Energy, Physical Sciences, Gaming, Construction, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, Luxury Retail, Transportation and Community Services in both for-profit and non-profit ecosystems.
Asya holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Virginia State. Currently she serves as President of the Chain Restaurant Total Rewards Association in addition to being a member of WorldAtWork. Based in Columbus, OH, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.
